1.
Oromia Health Bureau obtained a budget from the Regional
Government of Oromia and would like to procure stationeries for
Regional Health Bureau under three lots in Local Competitive Bid.
2.
The Oromia Regional State Health Bureau now invites sealed
bids from eligible bidders for the supply of Stationeries
categorized under different lots, which are found (Quantities &
Specifications are attached) to the bidding document to be sold.
3.
Bidders have the option to bid for any one or more lots of
the items. Bids will be evaluated and contract (s) will be awarded
for each item under lot (s) taking into account discounts offered,
if any, for combined items in determining the lowest evaluated cost
of all items which will be the basis for award of the contract (s).
Bidders should have renewed trade licesne for 1997 E.C. & Suppliers
list registration certificate from Ministry of Finance & Economic
Development (MOFED), while purchasing this tender document.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information
from and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Procurement
Main Division, Oromia Regional State Health Bureau, Room No. 2 or 4,

A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by
interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the
above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 10 (Ten Birr
only).
6.
Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 3:00
P.M. in the afternoon on 19/02/97 E.C. must be accompanied by a
security of not less than 1% of the bid Amount in the form of
Certified CPO or Bank Guarantee from a reputable bank.
7.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their
representatives who choose to attend at 3:30 P.M. in the afternoon
on 19/02/97 E.C. at the Administration and finance Department,
Oromia Health Bureau, Room No. 13 Woreda 15, kebele 34 around Urael
Church Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

The Bureau reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
